Attempting to find the perfect series binge or movie to watch on Netflix can be a daunting challenge with its extensive library of movies and shows. It seems impossible to choose a show that will capture your interest the entire time or to pick a movie that your friends, family, or significant lover will agree on. Even so, no need to fear! Here are five options to help you make a perfect decision:

Reign: A four season show that follows Mary, Queen of Scotland, as she arrives in France to be betrothed to Prince Francis with her four ladies-in-waiting. Although its depictions of dark forces and hints of magic may not be historically accurate, it is a great binge for an avid lover of historical fiction. Mary must find her way through the French court and rise to power while her own country is on the brink of being overthrown.

Lucifer: Ever heard of the devil going on vacation? Lucifer Morningstar is bored from his life in Hell, so he decides to take a vacation in Los Angeles, California. At first being a successful nightclub owner was all he wanted, but once he met LA cop, Chloe Decker, he realized she was immune to his Angel charms and everything changed. Of course Chloe does not believe that Lucifer is truly the devil, but his knack for charming criminals to admit to their crimes comes in handy, so enlisting his help is a must.

American Horror Story: From psychological horrors, covens of witches, vampires, circus freaks and residents of an insane asylum, how can you not watch AHS? This haunting series consists of different seasons that each tell their own story, and while some actors and actresses reappear in multiple seasons, they usually play different characters. Since each season is a different plot, there is no problem of having to watch a boring or uninteresting season, unlike in other shows - you can pick and choose.

You: What would you do for love? Hopefully it would not be to become a stalker and murderer like Joe Goldberg, a bookstore manager in New York City after he meets Guinievere Beck, an inspiring writer. Joe’s infatuation with Beck becomes obsession rather quickly when he begins to stalk her social media presence and attempt to remove obstacles to their supposed love all while Beck is left in the dark about his true nature. The two following seasons of this show hold new love interests and situations that have you sitting at the edge of your seat.
